Hogoromo did not give Naruto his senjutsu and Did not give Sasuke his Rinnegan

hagoromo specifically gave a portion of HIS chakra to naruto and sasuke,,
his moon chakra is the RINNEGAN,, and his sun chakra is his senjutsu,,,,

Well Obito explained that not everyone can handle the power of two rinnegan so maybe that's why sasuke only awakened one and if the sage would have given Sasuke his dojutsu power why would he only give Sasuke one?

NO the sage didn't because Naruto gained half the power of the juubi by getting 9 bijuu from obito. And just like Madara got when he became jubbi jin Naruto got the black orbs. Sasuke went through the normal process of getting rinnegan as well.

You're the one not understanding what's going on. To give Sasuke two Rinnegan eyes is also to give him his full power because it requires his senjutsu and Ashura's chakra. Sasuke has Ashura's chakra but not senjutsu. One Rinnegan is half the sage's power. And if the sage only gave Naruto and Sasuke the yin yang marks, how do you explain Sasuke's Rinnegan? Why only one and why does it look different than a normal Rinnegan?

It was already stated that to get the rinnegan you need both Indra and ashuras power or just the power of the sage himself. Hashirama no longer had ashuras chakra because it was with naruto. Sasuke got the rinnegan becuase of the sage.

The symbol of the sun was associated by Kaguya Ōtsutsuki with the Rikudō Senjutsu in chapter 680. That's also Hagoromos own power. Naruto said, Sasuke is one half of Hagoromos power and he's one half too.
