Hogoromo did not give Naruto his senjutsu and Did not give Sasuke his Rinnegan

The sage of 6 paths gave Naruto and sasuke ying and yang power but he did not give them there power ups. Naruto got the black orbs from obtaining half the power of the ten tails through obito. Also Sasuke did not get his eye from the sage of six paths. He got some of hashiramas senju chakara and had already awakened the ems. When Madara stabbed him he was near death. When Madara got his Rinnegan it was just prior to his death. So the Rinnegan is awaken through having ems senju dna and almost dying.

The yang powers simply enhanced united Naruto's BM and the yin power enhanced Sasuke's eye. Sasuke probably would have awakened the normal Rinnengan if not for Hagoromo's intervention, and Naruto wouldn't be so strong or have his healing ability

It was already stated that to get the rinnegan you need both Indra and ashuras power or just the power of the sage himself. Hashirama no longer had ashuras chakra because it was with naruto. Sasuke got the rinnegan becuase of the sage.

The sasuke part makes no sense. Madara got two rinnegan. Sasuke got one sharinnegan. Hagomaro gave sasuke rinnegan and naruto his senjutsu. That's it.
