Danzo has just been nominated as the 6th hokage. i don't like the fact like everyone else here, but if you think about it, danzo hasn't done anything wrong. but there is something certain, he has some type of evil scheme behind him. the way he has talked ever since madara and sasuke talk, danzo has seemed evil. then pain described danzo evil because he teamed up with hanzo.

but jiraiya told tsunade to remain careful of ROOT(danzo movements). he wouldn't say that just because. even shikamaru's dad hated the fact of danzo becoming hokage. what is danzo hiding? does he plan to become more than hokage and become an evil ruler?

well lol. not if sage naruto is around i guess.

it's true that the true purposes of danzo are yet unknown and that he hasnt done anything "wrong" {yet}.
but his philosofy is the complete opposite of narutos,he's like "eliminate anyone who is a nuiscance" {remember when he sent sai along with "team 7" with the mission to kill sasuke},my point is that a society where anyone is a nuiscance or threat according to danzo gets killed is definitely no good..

No they never battled. Show me the page where it is stated. On the other hand it is very idiotic to believe they had a battle. Third is not the man of violence.

I ditto this statement. because think about it. tobi tasks kisame to get the 8tails because he has something else to do and at the same time there just happens to be a hokage decision meeting at the same time. i think the real reason danzo was at the rain village was to meet nagato , sync him to gedo mazo, and recruit him into akatsuki. therefore, :hypertobi:=madara=danzo

DANZO is a man that likes power he already became hokage so now hes gonna try to control konoha and get rid of threats and dude the guy is evil he is capable of doing everything for what he wants i don't think he is gonna last long since one naruto doesn't approve of his way of thinking and two sasuke wants his ass dead i mean he wants to destroy everyone in konoha but especially the ones that screwed his brother i.e. that includes him
