so the lava that appears instantly turns into rock. and I land on it. your rudimentary Banquet of lightning doing Nothing to the Chakra of My bijuu being Lightning based. it simply breaks the rock im on to which i snap my fingers and use.

then while im still surronded by the broken rocks I kick them and send them towards you the air simply ignting from the friction of the air and the sparks of fire still within them. The still heated rocks turning them into small meteors of heated lava from the force i send into them. Which then in turn ignites the Fluorine causing an explosion of Poisonous Gas that destroys your body..

The user will use his lighting chakra to repulse the disk (one or many at a time), giving it extreme velocity and aimed for the enemy.

if that was the case im sure she woulda adressed me about it before... and told me the jutsu was a No go. this jutsu has no uses except for the one I just did. otherwise it just aids the opponent. -___- im sure theres nothing wrong with that. and im positive anyone could defend against it.
We don't know of every person who uses the jutsus that were approved, but then declined again by rei, so there was no way of knowing if you were allowed to use it or not by the creator.
And I just adressed you now, so its a no go.
