Background Info.
History: Okichi was the Hitoshi mother , and Eiichi was the father. He did not have brother and sister. The small boy found many friends. He became more and more famous among peer's because of the artistic talent. He playing whole time on the guitar, sing and painting, becoming oneself in this more and more better and gathering more and more experiences. When he had 7 years, he finished the academy, and digested to the team of no. 13.. Quite young Takeo was turned out his teacher, however Soh and Shozo are the members of the team - two boy's. Although Hitoshi was unusually friendly and open, they did not accept him on the beginning. They began slowly to contain the acquaintance with them. After the year when he had on his account a bit experiences, Hitoshi, Soh and Shozo they happened inseparable friends. Hitoshi was famous from "unconventionality", with every one month, week, and even the day, he became more and more mad. All changed in him. In the young age - 9 years, he approached to the examination on Chunin. Thanks to the whole co-operation of his team, it pretended him to rely this test. Soh also became Chunin, but Shozo's not. It was the aim of that mission the retrieval and asasynacja run-away ninja from Ame-gakure. The comparatively difficult task as on Chunin's. The criminal was seized and put to death, but Shozo dead in the issue of the mistake of the whole team. Sadness took control in boys hearts then. Soh did not hold out this mentally and went away. He ran away from Konoh'a-gakure. He was long in demand, but he was not found. Hitoshi in the age 14 years became Jounin, and in the age 16 years - sannin. At present, he is beyond the terrain of the village. He wanders after the world in his friend search, he comes back home often, executes the task appointed by Konoha-gakure, but he seeks him continually. He always has with him the guitar, and the bag with the accessories to painting. He sings everywhere, play on guitar and he paints...

Well, hypothetically speaking, it could be correct like that too. Usually, as SK said ō - ou, just as ū - uu for Fūton. But the form Dōton is most used in Narutoverse, so I guess it would be most correct like that.
