hmm maybe the water one but for the electric one i think you have to know

no those r just jutsu... u can u chidori nagashi on your sword.. or like how asuma uses those blades wit his wind chakra

And for e learning the chidori nagashi is far for me to reach, So Ill Just Put Stactic Electricty to My Blade aint that be possible ,
