Hiruzen's "prime"

Even as much as people suggest it, Hiruzen's prime does not exist. I hate seeing people put him near the top of a Hokage rank list. He is easily bested by Tsunade. We've never seen him in his prime, and have only one thing to say his prime might be amazing. Enma saying Hiruzen looked miserable compared to his prime. That's it. Other hype such as, God of Shinobi or The Professor, doesn't even go towards his prime as;

1. God of Shinobi was taken from him by Hashirama.
2. The Professor merely means, he learned a ton of jutsu from Konoha. A ton of which, will likely never be used in battle.

If we're going to consider Hiruzen's prime in a ranks list, then we're going to consider Naruto the strongest ninja to ever live. It's pretty inevitable that he's going to defeat Juubito and end the war. We're also going to consider Naruto > SO6P because the Sage merely fought the Juubi. As it has been suggested; A Juubi Jinchuriki is worlds stronger than the Juubi itself. Due to power being concentrated. Thus, when Naruto defeats Juubito, he wil lseal the Juubi within himself, and will claim his rightful moniker of "The Strongest Ninja to Ever Live".

Edo hiruzen is the closest thing that we're gonna get to a "prime" & it should give us a clearer picture of how strong his actual prime really was.

Also its not a fact that naruto will defeat obito, naruto might even lose kurama, we dont know how the story will end up or if naruto will become the "strongest ninja alive", he might even die. Therefore predicting his potential strength is not the same as measuring hiruzen's actual strength.

Either way i dont consider prime hiruzen in a rank list, I'm just throwing in my two cents.

KG65 is usually right, but not when it comes to that.
Hiruzen can only be compared to Tsunade.

Well the manga is ending pretty soon, if I remember properly. if Naruto loses Kurama, then that just means the bad guys won in a manga.

Hiruzen's prime did exist.

So did Hashirama's, Tobirama's, Minato's, and Tsunade's.

Do you know what kind of feat it is to learn all of Konoha's Jutsu? I wouldn't be surprised if he knew the Rasengan, Chidori, etc. He even did it with his own natural talent, not relying on an aid such as the Sharingan, like Kakashi did.

Hashirama NEVER took away Hiruzen's title as God of Shinobi. Hiruzen, along with the SO6P and Hashirama, holds the title alongside them.

Hiruzen was considered the strongest Kage in the era of Oonoki, the Third Raikage, Yagura, and Gaara's dad. How is that not impressive?

Hashirama may have most of the NV beat in terms of raw power, but he primarily relies on Wood Release and Sage Mode; he's a powerhouse character. It stands to reason Hiruzen is far more versatile thanks to his wide variety of Jutsu; hence his title as "Professor". He's like a more powerful version of Shikamaru, he outwits and outmaneuvers his opponents and hits back hard.

"Prime Hiruzen" does indeed exist, but we've never seen him, and for that reason he should not be counted. Same reason why Edo Tensei shouldn't be given to Tobirama in a vs thread, we don't know what sort of Edos he controlled.
Simple as that.

In logic that is called an argument from ignorance. The exact opposite can be said proving god such as "because there is no evidence disproving god, therefore he must exist."
