Never did i say he didnt hold his own...hashirama should have had almost infinite chakra ,senju+edo and the jutsus he done were just embarasin and just ruined his whole image...if you think thats all hashirama and tobirama can do then i lose all respect i have for you

LMFAO. Explain what? That Hiruzen held his own against Edo Hashirama and Edo Tobirama whilst Oonoki struggles with 4 other Kages against one edo?

One edo...? you mean MADARA UCHIHA? The man whose NAME started a war, the man who unlocked the mangeckyou and eternal mangeckyou sharingan first, the man who evolved to the rinnegan first, the man who was only afraid of one man in the world? I wouldn't call him "one edo." More like THE edo. Any my point was that onoki seems to have gotten better with age wouldn't you say? And he's what.... 80-90? while hiruzen was 69? Even tsunade, orochimaru, and jiraiya were getting close to 69. They were in their 50's and tsunade just busted out a new move that makes her nearly invincible, orochimaru is fighting to take over the 2nd or 3rd most powerful man in the world right now, and jiraiya is one of two people kabuto laments not being able to bring back. (Not hiruzen)

Again... "Considered Stronger then all the kage in his generation" That means Onoki and the 3rd Raikage who we consider one of the strongest people in this manga. How in the world would he be pathetic? Thats like calling Onoki and 3rd Raikage pathetic.

Again... Lets skip back a few years and u wouldn't be saying that. Back then u didn't even know what EMS Madara was capable of so don't give me the BS that he didn't use any of his techs because fact is, Hiruzen didn't use any of his over powered techs either except for the death reaper seal.


That whole Nagato knowing thing is still in the dark and at the time of Hashirama and Madara, Hiruzen was in his late teens-early 20s.

Thats the problem with Hashirama's hype. Because he took out Madara "Who we've never seen fight without the upgrade Kabuto gave him", he would blow Hiruzen out of the water. The same Hiruzen who was trained by the first and second hokage and learned everything from them and from evidence in the manga, knows how to counter all their techniques!

I said the MANGA called him pathetic...read dude please

This entire thread is an argument saying that that quote doesn't mean shit. According to your logic, minato would beat hiruzen because hiruzen was never strong enough to have a run on sight order on him. Titles and nicknames don't mean shit to hype.

Hashi's hype- legend compared to the so6p, created konoha (not even hype), defeated EMS madara and the kyuubi, tamed all 9 tailed beasts.

Hiruzen's hype- mastered 1000 jutsu of the village (pretty impressive, sure).... ummm.... defeated defeated 2 (vastly inferior) edos who had no personality and thus no control over their own powers.

Quotes aside hashirama crushes hiruzen. If you have anything other than that one quote i would love to hear it.

True... i'd like to see that. Even dan stated that the only one powerful enough to defeat madara was hashirama and he was a shinobi in hiruzen's time. Even dan's hype is better than his proof of hiruzen's power.
