Itachi- not healthy. No edo. He is exactly like he was when he fought sasuke

I'm not gonna make a dumb thread like everyone else making itachi healthy or edo. Or saying hiruzen in prime since we never seen him fight in his prime.

You guys are ignoring the fact that itachi was almost blind in his fight with sasuke. -_- he won't beat sarutobi if he's blind. If he's smart he would just use his sharingan and not ms

That is bad logic, summons can be caught in genjutsu just like anyone else. And having Enma would do nothing to prevent Tsukuyomi or the effects of it.

Itachi is way faster than Hiruzen, has the sharingan so that taijutsu is no problem for him, can copy every jutsu Hiruzen uses (except summons and KG but Hiruzen has no KG), and is at least as smart if not smarter than Hiruzen.

Hiruzen also has no defense against Amaterasu and stands no chance against Susanoo. There is just too much going against him, even if he were in his prime this would be a hard fought battle, one that would probably kill him.

What I meant about the summon is that if either one gets caught in genjutsu the other can release them. Itachi is sick and almost blind so he only has one tsukuyomi before He starts to cough up blood. Itachi can't copy every jutsu because he only has affinity to fire and water. All hiruzen has to do is use earth and other elements. He knows every jutsu ever created in konoha. Itachi won't be able to fight long. That's my point. His stamina is terrible he's going blind and he's sick. If he can beat sarutobi like that then saru shouldnt have been hokage.
