Hiruzen vs 3T Itachi

Basically it's Hiruzen vs Itachi with the normal Sharinga (3 Tomtoe). Who wins?

Restrictions: Enma and the Neutralizer.
Location: The Forest.
Note: Hiruzen is mad that Itachi doesn't wanna work for him anymore. Who wins?
Note 2: 3T Itachi defeated Orochimaru, whom killed Hiruzen before, so this should be a close fight.

Why restrict enma??? Clones, elements, explosive taijutsu, 1000 shuriken, etc... Hiruzen has more than enough to defeat a 3t itachi

Why isn't he falling to regular 3T Genjutsu when Orochimaru, a person who had a 5 in Genjutsu, fell to Itachi's Genjutsu as well? Itachi counters all of Hiruzen's Kage Bunshin with Kage Bunshin of his own.

Itachi can only make 1 shadow clone. Hiruzen made 3 only cause he was tired already so he might be able to make more. Orochimaru was placed in a paralysis Genjutsu, I'm pretty sure that's an MS technique. It didn't show Itachi use it on Orochimaru (he was already under the Genjutsu the whole time) but when Sasuke used the paralysis jutsu on Killer bee and when Madara used it on Raikage they both had their MS on, not regular 3T. Besides even Orochimaru wasn't completely paralysed. He raised his hands to make a sign.

I meant he can only have one shadow clone out at a time. Even Naruto managed to distort his chakra a little and diminish the effects of Itachi's Genjutsu for a second in the beginning of Part 2. I'm sure Hiruzen would be able to release the Genjutsu.

What proof do you have of that? He has the reserves and the chakra control to do so.

There are different Genjutsu, in fact. A stronger paralysis Genjutsu or even Utakata will suffice.

We've only ever seen Itachi with one shadow clone at a time and he also doesn't have a large chakra reserve like Kakashi. Hiruzen can have 3 shadow clones out at a time, Sharingan can't distinguish between shadow clones. Itachi already fell for Kakashi's shadow clone in the beginning of Part 2, I'm pretty sure the third hokage can trick him too, and create an opening. Hiruzen will know the sharingan very well as he ruled over the Uchicha. When the Leaf elders were discussing massacaring the Uchiha clan Danzo told Hiruzen, "If you and I join a few Anbu things should end quickly." A 3T sharingan should be no problem for Hiruzen.

Except later in the war phase he utilized two Kage Bunshin to use Raiden. Hell, in Part 1 he was creating hundreds of Bunshin. Even in a sick state Itachi was capable of using Tsukuyomi, Susano'o, two Amaterasu, multiple Katon, and a Karasu Bunshin. Saying that he can't make another two Bunshin is plain fallacy when it has been shown that his chakra reserves and control can utilize it.

Except realistically Itachi puts him in a Genjutsu from the start as he did to Deidara and Orochimaru. The fact is that without Enma, nothing he has is breaking past Itachi's defense.
