Raikage, no diff. shunshin followed by Lariat + Liger bomb. Hiruzen isn't fast enough to put up something to counter. By the time he tries to summon Enma or do RDS his arms will be ripped off.

Hiruzen is slightly faster than the 3rd Raikage, so he could just dodge all his attacks and finish him off with a Shuriken Kage Bunshin.

Maybe they're factoring in leadership or something, as I once say a Hiruzen fan say (along with other intangibles, like "his legacy", "his teaching skills", or "his will of fire"... not sure how any of those will help Hiruzen when he's got the Raikage's spear through his chest).

When Hiruzen shows the speed and reactions to evade the 3rd Raikage's One Finger Nukite then this can be a debate, no draw here, Raikage stomps low diff.

@bold: Hiruzen needs to catch and hold his opponent down to use RDS and he isn't going to be able to do that to the 3rd Raikage when he won't be able to avoid his attacks.

HIruzen has no way of getting to the Raikage. Heck, an attack as powerful as a RasenShuriken couldn't get through his armor, while having the elemental advantage. Prime or not, Hiruzen hasn't shown anything pointing to him being able to get through to him.

RDS wouldn't even work, since Hiruzen needs to grab hold of him, and it's simply not possible to simply hold on to someone who's surrounded with electricity.

RDS isn't physical, it can extend out of Hiruzen's body a signficant distance too (see Minato v.s the Fox), so yeh, that can work... if it's fast enough (doubt it).
