Madara has dealt a serious blow to every single Hokage except the 3rd hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. Here's some proof

It was all in fun I'm just kidding I know he wouldn't run I think. Anywho...why are those four Shinobi excluded from Madaras wrath? Didn't he already defeat three of them?

The fact that kishimoto has saved hiruzen as the last hokage probally means that hiruzen has an important role to play later on. Especially since orochimaru is alive.

In regards to Madara coming after hiruzen, I think it will happen but it wont be a slaughter like many of you suggest. Don't forget that so far hiruzen has only used techniques or displayed power that was necessary for the situation. If madara stands before hiruzen, hiruzen may just decide to go all out and finally show some new jutsu or attempt to unveil his long anticipated hype..

Madara and Hiruzen are very much alike in terms of combat, they both don't just rely on ninjutsu, but they also use taijutsu and bukijutsu. I think if hiruzen does decide to pull out a sage mode or 7th/8th gate it will make for a fun and exciting battle. =D
