He Retained his Title of "God of shinobi" Till his Death.

Even after the Sannins had Grown up, Even After Minato became Hokage, Even when the A/onoki/Mei/Gaara's Dad were Kages

Also an Old Hiruzen (Past him prime) Already Beat the 1st and 2nd Hokage, So he has a chance to Beat Minato in his Prime.

Although the reincarnated retain their original memories and personalities, thus leaving them out of the control of Orochimaru. However, he can suppress their free wills with his own special seal to force them to do his bidding.

thus limiting there ability + as i already told kishi might not have though this much plot as its been almost 8 years from that incident

and this is about kabuto's edo tensai

kabuto applied a seal on the corpses that doesn't completely rob them of their free will, but still controls their body movement against their will — a seal different from the one Orochimaru used.

if kabuto summoned 1st and 2nd i bet they are 100% more stronger than oro

He was said to be the strongest Hokage ever so he's better than Minato and Hashirama. Kakashi trembled in fear when he saw Orochimaru are you really comparing him to the third and Guy is always hinted to be as strong as Kakashi.

And even at his old age 69 he was the strongest Kage so he is stronger than A and Oonki.

Hiruzen Never said iruka's statment wasn't True though.

He just said don't talk about the Past Tense. (when he was in his prime).

Meaning In the past when he was in his prime, So in the past He was said to be the strongest.

Iruka was speaking in past tense like "he was this and this" and Hiruzen said don't speak in the past tense meaning I'm not so old, that is what he meant.

And about following the Manga too blindly I know I am, and the statement was probably not that accurate since every now and then Kishi makes a character "the strongest ninja" but still it annoys me that even after all of the statements people consider him the weakest Hokage even when he was directly compared to Hashirama and Minato and stated to be better than them.

First, what does Madara know about Hiruzen he never fought him.
Second, even at 69 he was stronger than the current Kages, so you can only imagine how strong he was at his prime.

its simple bcs 3rd doent displayed anything impressive in his fight against oro and his tech was originally is of minato's

secondly we dont know how strong and wat are all tech he has bcs he dont have something unique ability like gaara who can control sand or minato like FTG or even 1st which is wood element his fight against oro is just nothing but kakashi lvl jutsu and finally sealing thats why people think he is weak
