I'm sure Hashirama and Tobirama were chilling, talking about the good old days when they were in Heaven. They were most likely happy where they were, Hashirama was probably reunited with Mito. Then bam!, Hiruzen doomed them along with himself into forever being sealed in the Death God. I'm sure there was another way to seal them. If not, then he should've just died and let other Leaf shinobi find a better way to seal them. Saving lives aren't worth dooming two, great people to a crappy eternity imo.

THe Hokages duty is to Protect the Village and it's People Above Anything Else.

There wasn't another way to Seal them, If he didn't he would of Been Defeated Then the Sand Ninja Along with Oro and the Two Hokages would of Killed everyone.

Saving an Entire Village > Two People's Lives, No matter who they are, hashirama and Tobirama would of Done the Same thing in Hiruzen's position.
