Donno if anyone mentioned this during the Hokage fest but during chapter 631 we clearly see the second third and fourth Hokage warp to Hiraishin marked locations in order to seal the Juubi within the barrier.

It shows quite obviously that Hiruzen knows FTG. It also indicates that FTG has different "speeds" and is not instantaneous as for example the speed of light; if it was then the second and third would be comparable in speed to the forth, their FTG speeds quite obviously are not the same. The technique seems to be dependent on the capability of its user and is not an instant ticket to badassery.

Again, that was Minato, he asked the hokages to get into position so he could warp them to location surrounding the Juubi.

Well... Hiruzen wasn't called the "Professor" for nothing, but I feel it was Minato who teleported them there. I'm sure he knows the mechanics behind it, though.

Nope, Minato asked for Tobirama and Hiruzen to step towards them so that he can teleport them to the FTG kunai. This thread has been made so many times this week, just look one up and you'll see that it was not Hiruzen or Tobirama, it was Minato who did it.

Manga stream does show that translation, he says "follow my lead" he doesn't say step closer. The second doesnt need a teleport piggy back he can do it himself he invented the technique. Hiruzen was a specific student of the second, the guy who invented FTG how the heck do you think Minato was taught the FTG from no where?? Hiruzen taught it too Minato.

Its just obvious to me that Hiruzen isn't that Uber with seals. Hence was an inferior practitioner of the technique.

To get to Minato's kunai, they needed to be teleported. We know Tobirama might have been able to go there himself, but Hiruzen no.

Also if this was the case and that he teleported them. Why the second and third? Why not Hashirama? Kishi could have quite easily had Tobirama or Hiruzen say the lines that Hashirama had.

If all three were equally incapable of using minato's kunai.

dat old man doesn't know ftg, dat yellow brat teleport him

Do you have any proof to assure the fact that Hiruzen didn't teach this jutsu to Minato, when this was a jutsu from the second Hokage? Just asking, of course. Until know I haven't seen the connection between the 2nd and the 4th. Furthermore, the manga proven that neither Hashimara nor Tobirama knew about a fourth hokage.

Because Hashirama was already in the right position for the barrier jutsu against the Juubi. The 3 kunai (set by Minato) were set in positions so that the 4 Hokage could be in sync with each other and activate the barrier jutsu as soon as they got to the mark. They got their in the same instant since Minato is the one who teleported him, Hiruzen, and Tobirama to the set kunai and then they started their jutsu.

I wouldn't doubt it if Hiruzen knew the mechanics behind the technique, but he can't perform FTG. Minato teleported him to his current location, that or Hiruzen used Shunshin no Jutsu.

Exactly I'm just logically following the paper trail so to speak. It makes sense for Hiruzen to teach Minato FTG because he was the Second's pupil but also its likely he could use it himself in the same manner as the second perhaps but he didn't change it or advance it like Minato obviously did.
