Why Hiruzen is called as sarutobi ? His name is hiruzen so he should be called Hiruzen.I know his clan is sarutobi. Hiruzen is the only one character in naruto anime called in the name of clan instead of roiginal name

what about uchiha itachi, uchiha sasuke, uchiha madara (actually all of the uchiha's)so hiruzen is not the only one, see even the main character is called uzumaki naruto. basically its what SHINTA said.
