Dont you feel he is absent for to long? Plenty of time has passed for him to regenerate right, or hasnt there?
I cant believe that he is gone. That would be bad writing, so knowing that Kishi is a genius writer, Hiruzen must still be around.

Hiruzen might have regenerated already and is planning some surprise attack or is analyzing somewhere, planning to make his move.

What I would find an option as well, is that Hiruzen lost his upper body and face and that Orochimaru, will fix him, enabling Hiruzen to enter battle again, and it would explain his long absence as well.

Sorry to tell you this but Hiruzen is done. He got his head taken off by that chakra eraser. Didn't you realize that Minato's arm didn't regenerate yet. His head can't regenerate so he's dead and not even an edo can fight without a head

Lol it seems you don't have. Here we have 2 different scenario. The first is that when Obito didn't have control over his body, he hadn't activated the omnyoudon so Hiruzen should be safe and sound. The second is that omnyoudon doesn't need any activation which leads to the unfortunate, wrong I hope, Hiruzen's death. It's as simple as that. You're saying for the others that they say BS but you're so lazy that you can't even explain you reasoning.
