I begin by releasing a special type of sand manipulating it to cover all the way up to mid range. The sand forms a 'layer' over the terrain making it hard for any ninja to avoid without getting detected.

  1. Requires no handseals making it a swift jutsu to perform
  2. Can be used on invisible targers
  3. The sand can bind onto the target even if their air bourn
  1. Can easily be removed with a wide scale wind jutsu
  2. Can only reach mid range.


Does this sand come out from my gourd or from the ground?

Does this sand remain on the terrain until my opponent gets rid of it. Or does it stop sensing the moment I channel my chakra for another Jutsu?

Once the sand is formed I quickly gather my fire chakra into my lungs. I perform one handseals and fire three large dragon shaped balls of fire that fly across towards each clone, causing them to be dispersed.

I begin by manipulating the sand from my gourd causing small dense balls of sand to form in front of me. The sphere of sand can protect me from the opponents attacks such as thrown projectiles or physical attacks.


One/three advantages:
1. A fairly fast jutsu overall
2. Requires little chakra

Seeing the three kunai being thrown I quickly create a sphere of sand from my gourd that rises in front of me. The sphere of sand is dense enough to absorb the kunais that were thrown without crumbling.

I begin by manipulating my sand causing it to gather underneath my opponent. I loosen the dirt around my opponents feet causing the ground to open up sinking the opponent. The sunken opponent loses his ability to move due to the amount of pressure his body is under.

One/three advantages:
1. Requires no handseals making it fast to perform
2. Reaches mid range unlike the other sand jutsu
3. Can be used on a small summon

One/three disadvantages:
1. The movement from the sand can give away the jutsu before it fully captures the opponent
2. Can easily be avoided. e.g spewing out a water jutsu from their mouth, causing the sand to be to heavy to manipulate.

Seeing you create your clone I quickly manipulate the sand from underneath the clone causing the dirt around the clones feet to loosen up and soften. This causes the clone to sink into the ground immobilizing his movements as he gets completely engulfed by the sand.

I begin by manipulating the sand underneath my feet causing it to rise in to the sky. I make sure that I manipulate the sand so that it is big enough and strong enough to maintain my weight. Once I reach a decent height I stop raising the sand and watch over the terrain.

One/three advantages:
1. Can be used if the opponent changes the terrain, avoiding the ground
2. Can be used to chase after a airborne opponent, if they are on a flying summoning
3. Can be used to avoid projectiles

One/three disadvantages:
1. Makes you an easier target due to you being in the air
2. If the opponent uses a jutsu like earth lid it would reach you faster due to being in the air already.

If my opponent fires a fireball at me for example, could I just move the sand avoiding the jutsu. Or do I have to post the jutsu again for each time I use it to move around or post it once and control it. Sorry if you don't get the wording >>

**it can be used to avoid, but our RP rules state a jutsu must be posted to avoid a jutsu, so you would need to post it each time...

As I see you create a clone I quickly manipulate the sand underneath my feet causing it to rise up into the air,carrying me along with it. Once I am in the sky, hovering over you clone I leap off the sand and dive straight towards the clone with a katana in my hand. As I pick up speed, I raise the katana slowly until I reach him, swinging the katana across his neck.

I begin by manipulating the sand around my opponent causing two set of giant sand hands to rise up around him.The two hands are big enough to grab and restrain a grown man while being strong enough to bind and old him in place.

One/three disadvantages
1. Can be destroyed by a simple water jutsu making it too wet to control
2. Can only be used to bind
3. Only holds their legs


One/three advantages:
1. Can be used to bind and hold several opponents
2. Can reach mid range
3. Hard to escape due to many hands attempting to grab. You
