Standing in front of the first enemy he's ever faced Hiruko blushes a deep crimson and tries to hide his face behind his bandages.
"I-Iori-senpai! I... I..." Hiruko stammers and tries fruitlessly to regain control of his body. His breath becomes labored and small, cute beads of sweat start to appear on his forehead.
"I want you to recognize me." The 50 year old finally whispers and touches his nipples.

As his hands touch his nipples a circular structure of wind blurs into existence directly behind Iori, exploding in a directed shockwave of wind immediately upon creation. The shockwave is aimed at Iori's back and packs enough force to cripple him permanently, yet leave him very much alive.

Iori wasnt much moved by the actions of Hiruko, and just stood there awaiting an attack from His opponent, as Hiruko touches his nipples, Iori would hear a slight screech quickly ascending as the wind takes form just behind him, Iori swiftly harnesses the earths electrical fields to generate electricity underneath his, allowing him an increase in his speed for a moment, he then takes a quick couple of steps forward and would seemingly appear just about within short range of Hiruko, Iori whilst approaching Hiruko at a fast pace starts forming sharp wind all around his open palmed right hand and takes a slight step to his right allowing him to approach Hiruko at his left, Iori would then proceed to dash right past Hiruko while holding his right hand at Hiruko's neck height in attempt to slash his head off as Iori passes him by.

If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. There is a downside as the user cannot change directions once the technique is initiated, thus allowing a more skilled opponent to dodge if they see it coming.

The clone immediately forms two handseals and slams its hands against the ground, thereby forming a two meter wide circle around Hiruko One and Two that seals Iori's chakra away as he attacks, effectively nullifying his attack. At the same time the original Hiruko strings together five handseals, creating a barrier around Iori that restrains him and drains his chakra.

Five handseals versus a five meter crossing is, perhaps, a bit too much; thus why Hiruko Two uses his technique to nullify your attack. You'll probably be really, really close to Hiruko One when his Tajū Mugen Hōyō activates, so to make sure the timeframe didn't blow up I had Hiruko Two use the other technique.

The massive pressure the technique puts on the target prevents the target from moving unless it has some sort of enhanced strength ability, making it very difficult to break free from. Unable to move, the user is also unable to mold chakra above A-Rank while having his chakra drained. The barrier can only be broken by A-Rank techniques or above or by attacking the user.

If the enemy manages to escape the seal, he will recover use of his chakra.
Note: Usable twice per battle.

Correct if I am wrong, for I am just puzzled on how all of this goes down, I utilize lightning arrow step to approach you at a rather fast pace, and slightly move to my right (Your left) whilst holding my arm outwards and forming sharp wind around my left hand, I would then make an attempt to slash your head off in the process, You had responded by creating a shadow clone to your left which comes after I use arrow step, so basically once the clone is created, I would be around 2-3 meters from you and your clone, with your clone being directly before me and yourself being at arms length to my left, so as your clone is created he performs 2 hand seals and slams his hands to the ground while you perform 5 hand seals, by the time you are done with those, I'd imagine myself within close proximity of the two of you, seeing as I am directly in front of your clone and I proceed to just ram right through him as he lowers to slam his hands to the ground, wouldn't your clone disperse from the impact of the ram? allowing my intended attack to still follow through and thus I would slash off your head as you are completing your hand seals?

Just to be sure, I would like to ask a sensei to look at this before I continue with my next move.

No issue here really mate. I see what you are saying but you must remember that you can't use two jutsu at the same time, arrow step is not body flicker. To attempt your next jutsu would remove arrow steps effect instantly. Basically you can't use arrow step to augment the speed of an attack in the same way you can't use swift release and chidori at the same time. Also the arrow steps description says it can cover short distances nearly instantly, but to me a short distance is around 2-3 meters, if my analysis is correct you were mid range which is more like 10 meters.
I personally don't see an issue here, if you continue the ram it probably disperses his clone, if you try to use the wind chop you can't use the speed from arrow step to make it have increased power and you basically relied on that.
Think of gale chop as a taijutsu enhancing move, you actually need to make a freeform attack for it to work.
It's a little messy on both parts, but it's battle arena so don't take it to seriously just have some fun.

TL;DR I think your arrow step will hit the clone and disperse it as it performs the sealing technique, but that interrupts your gale chop leaving you time to act before the chakra draining seal is fully completed if you wish, so just counter. lol

As Iori arrow steps forward and to the left of Hiruko, he notices Hiruko had surprisingly created a shadow clone directly before Iori while he was still stationed diagonally to Iori's left, Iori releases the electrical energy through the body of the shadow clone and thus disperses of it, Iori then saw Hiruko performing a set of handseals before swiftly slamming his hands to the ground, being in such close proximity, Iori was rather cautious and immediately started positively charging the air around him, he then proceeds to emit a powerful field of electrical energy, that as soon as it is released and catches Hiruko within it, it would release a negative charge through Hiruko's body and continuously shock him for as long as he is caught in the electrical field.

Iori then quickly takes a small bite from his right thumb with which to draw blood, and simply swipes the blood downwards over his bottom lip and scross the small snake tattoo he has just beneath his bottom lip, in a small poof of smoke a small black and white snake appears coiled around Iori's right upper arm.

Iori-san, its been a while, what can I do you for?

I need your help for a while, and hopefully I'd like to destroy this little guy to my left before your time here expires.

Description: After performing the necessary requirements for performing the summoning technique, the user summons Asmodeus which is a small black and white snake about 50 cm in length, Asmodeus doesn't have any combat skills and can't be used for any type of defensive measures like majority of the other snake summons, but Asmodeus was born with a special gift that makes him just as important as any other powerful snake, Asmodeus' snake senses are almost double as sensitive as regular snakes, he is able to detect even the slightest bit of a vibration 120 meters away, Asmodeus can still however travel underground like all snakes and thanks to his miniature size he wouldn't be easily detected by regular ninja even if he travels close to the surface of the ground, Shady also has the ability to contact any other snake summoning via telepathy as well as its summoner.
Note - Can only be summoned once per battle.
- Lasts for 4 full turns until automatically dispersed.
- Summon is able to detect any vibration (this includes any movement and any sound since sound is produced through high frequency vibrations.) across the entirety of the battlefield, And also up to 120 meters maximum, but cannot sense any chakra.
- When traveling underground the summon can only be detected by Doujutsu users and those with Sensory abilities.
- Can only be taught by Yashiro.

As Iori releases his charge of electricity, he notices Hiruko surrounding himself in a cocoon of wind that rapidly expands in a short span of time, Having to act rather quickly, Iori proceeded to charge wind chakra toward his left fist and punches towards Hiruko, as he punches, Iori releases a huge amount of destructive wind compressed into a large beam that would collide with the expanding cocoon, and result in both techniques canceling each other out, the force behind the release of the wind beam would both blow Iori into mid range of Hiruko as well as cause his left hand to start bleeding from several cuts across his hand, however it wouldn't affect Iori's battle performance by one bit.

Description: The user charges his fist with a large amount of wind chakra. He punches towards the target and releases it as a huge amount of destructive wind compressed into a large beam, blasting it away at a very high speed which makes it tough to block. It is used to punch a hole anything in its path like clouds, mist and, if possible, water waves and rock walls. When this jutsu is used to attack the opponent, it will cause major damage to him like large cuts and it blows him backwards, meaning that it will send him from short to mid, or from mid to long, and may even knock him out cold.
~ damages the user hand by -15 points and causes bleeding.
~can only be used twice per battle.
~This jutsu is owned by -Thoes.



As Iori is about to land at about mid range of Hiruko, he would land in such a way that he is allowed to slam both of his hands onto the ground, with the slamming of both of his hands onto the ground, Iori summons a large amount of water directly above Hiruko, the water doesn't have any real effect on him but it does serve a purpose, the water would soak Hiruko as well as an area of short range all around him, Iori would then proceed to swiftly create a massive chidori in his right hand, he then points his right palm towards Hiruko and releases a large blast of lightning from it, the lightning moves a rather quick pace and is swiftly conducted through the water Iori had soaked Hiruko with, the resulting effect could easily electrocute Hiruko should he not act quickly.

As Iori releases his charge of electricity, he notices Hiruko surrounding himself in a cocoon of wind that rapidly expands in a short span of time, Having to act rather quickly, Iori proceeded to charge wind chakra toward his left fist and punches towards Hiruko, as he punches, Iori releases a huge amount of destructive wind compressed into a large beam that would collide with the expanding cocoon, and result in both techniques canceling each other out, the force behind the release of the wind beam would both blow Iori into mid range of Hiruko as well as cause his left hand to start bleeding from several cuts across his hand, however it wouldn't affect Iori's battle performance by one bit.

Description: The user charges his fist with a large amount of wind chakra. He punches towards the target and releases it as a huge amount of destructive wind compressed into a large beam, blasting it away at a very high speed which makes it tough to block. It is used to punch a hole anything in its path like clouds, mist and, if possible, water waves and rock walls. When this jutsu is used to attack the opponent, it will cause major damage to him like large cuts and it blows him backwards, meaning that it will send him from short to mid, or from mid to long, and may even knock him out cold.
~ damages the user hand by -15 points and causes bleeding.
~can only be used twice per battle.

As Iori is about to land at about mid range of Hiruko, he would land in such a way that he is allowed to slam both of his hands onto the ground, with the slamming of both of his hands onto the ground, Iori summons a large amount of water directly above Hiruko, the water doesn't have any real effect on him but it does serve a purpose, the water would soak Hiruko as well as an area of short range all around him, Iori would then proceed to swiftly create a massive chidori in his right hand, he then points his right palm towards Hiruko and releases a large blast of lightning from it, the lightning moves a rather quick pace and is swiftly conducted through the water Iori had soaked Hiruko with, the resulting effect could easily electrocute Hiruko should he not act quickly.

As you summon your water I chill and create a shape of Empyrean Wind that appears as a cocoon cast tightly around you and moulded after your exact stance and shape, minus your fingers. Wet as I may get it's much better than being fingerless.

My...my, I really deserved that eh? xD, I am not interested in joining the Akatsuki, power ups sound good, but meh..what must I do with a fuuin ring?, beating you is the climax of this whole story Lol, but since I am being cursed at for your own mistake, I can't care less anymore, you can have the win of this battle and you can gladly have my body for your ritual xD, I don't care.
