Looks: Hiruko was a white-haired man with red eyes dressed in an over-sized, high-collared coat wrapped with three leather straps. During his childhood, he wore a white robe and his hair was shoulder-length, and tied in a ponytail. As of the Third Shinobi World War, he was seen wearing a beige robe with red undergarments, and his hair's length had reached his hips.

By the time he declared a Fourth Shinobi World War against the world, he took on a youthful appearance, despite being actually closer in age to the Sannin, due to the modifications he made on himself. Most of his body was covered in bandages, including his mouth and arms, revealing only the upper half of his face and hair. By taking some of his bandages off he can use them to attack. Due to the many body modifications made for his Chimera Technique, Hiruko had a stitched scar on the left side of his chest, which is hollowed out in order to make room for assimilating Kakashi into his own body; he also had a heavily emaciated look, the whites of his eyes inverted, and his stitch-patterned mouth looks like those found on rag dolls.
Personality: After giving up his dreams of starting the 4th Great Shinobi War, Hiruko became inactive as he spent his remaining days in Kumogakure. He still loves to see the full capabilities of KG users he faces in battle, sometimes giving into his old ways, and will even resort to killing his opponents in order to steal their KG. Hiruko is a smart ass who loves to play around with his opponents, especially the ones he plans to capture alive. Outside of battle Hiruko barely talks.c

Background Information​
History of the Orange Lantern

A contemporary and former friend of the Sannin, Hiruko wished to become a strong shinobi, yet was born with no natural special abilities. To overcome this disadvantage, he developed the Chimera Technique, a kinjutsu which would allow him to obtain the kekkei genkai of other ninja by fusing their bodies with his own. Some time after the Third Shinobi World War, Hiruko's research and findings on the technique were discovered. He claimed the Third Hokage ordered the Sannin to assassinate him, forcing him to leave the village as a missing-nin.
Dozens of years later, ninja possessing kekkei genkai begin disappearing from Kumogakure, Iwagakure, Kirigakure, and Sunagakure, leaving Konohagakure as the suspect and prompting rumours that they are preparing to rebel against the Land of Fire. While on a mission flying over Mount Shami, Sai fell under attack from a mysterious, bird-like monster. Team Kakashi soon arrived to rescue him, but encounter wolf-like monsters, and Naruto was injured in the struggle to escape.

When Konoha Anbu are dispatched to investigate, they encountered Hiruko and his followers, Ichi, Ni, and San. Hiruko reassured his followers that there's nothing to worry about, then quickly dispatched the Anbu squad with his chakra inhaling technique, absorbing their Earth-nature chakra and using it manipulate the mountain itself, crushing them.

With the other nations amassing troops on the borders of the Land of Fire and threatening to invade, Hiruko used a genjutsu to project his image in the skies over Konoha and delivered a message, announcing that he intended to obtain the kekkei genkai of the Land of Fire, becoming immortal, and virtually invincible. With the combined power of kekkei genkai from all Five Great Nations, he planned to start a Fourth Shinobi World War and rule over the world. Knowing that the Chimera Technique cannot fully absorb all of the kekkei genkai, Hiruko revealed (as Kakashi and Tsunade discovered) that he needed to absorb a fifth kekkei genkai: the Sharingan which Kakashi received from his late friend, Obito Uchiha, who he has marked with the Puppet Curse when he met Kakashi during the Third Shinobi World War.

In order to carry out the rest of his goals, Hiruko has been biding time so that he can draw power from the Sun's corona during a solar eclipse, which was then rapidly approaching. This being so, he activated the Puppet Curse and led Kakashi towards Mount Shumisen, where he will conduct the ritual.

Hiruko actually succeeded in assimilating four of the five kekkei genkai from four other shinobi, but while in the process of assimilating Kakashi, the technique used on him by Tsunade activated, and would have destroyed Hiruko if not for Naruto's timely intervention to save and detach Kakashi from him. Hiruko proceeded to fight Naruto and Kakashi, absorbing their techniques and using it against them.

Water Master | Primary Affinity

Hiruko has the ability to perform Water Ninjutsu with just a single hand seal. This is due his nature of change which is involved with using his Chinemera Jutsu which changes his body.

Fire Release | Secondary Affinity

Even thought suiton is his natural born element Hiruko took a liking to Katon. He is able to use fast but not as fast his suiton as he still needs to do all the hand signs. Hiruko does use fire when water sources are not available to him.

Bats Summonings

Hiruko is a signer of the Bat Contract which he learned from his friend HiddenShadowNinja (RIP). He is able to summon giant bats and packs of bats. He is able to control them and use them to attack, distract, or disorientate opponents.

Medical Pills

Under his training with Scorps, Nathan, Shinta , and Vex, Hiruko became a medical ninja, able to use healing techniques, and offence healing techniques. Also on his person at all times are three sets of medicines or pills. He has three of each different pill on his at all times, of each medicine recipe..

(Heishi Piru) — Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary
Description and Background: Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiry of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants

Description of Side Effects
— Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
— Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.
(Hyōrōgan) — Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background: Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach.

Description of Side Effects
— Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
— Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.

(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) — Blood Replenishing Pill

Type: Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach

Description of Side Effects
— Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
— Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes aneurysm after 4 turns.
Chimera Technique:

Though he was born with no natural special abilities, Hiruko compensated by using the Chimera Technique, a kinjutsu which he developed, allowing him to obtain physical abilities, such as kekkei genkai, by integrating the bodies of other ninja with his own. Having already stolen four kekkei genkai from the other Great Shinobi Countries, Hiruko possesses other abilities and physical traits from his victims, such as enhanced strength, and seeks to obtain more. Hiruko was able to use them as if they were his own. His first victim was a shinobi that had the rare KG Wood Release.

(Kinjutsu: Kimera no Jutsu) - Forbidden Technique: Chimera Technique

Description: The Chimera Technique is a kinjutsu that was developed by Hiruko, a missing-nin of Konohagakure, in order to compensate for his lack of natural special abilities. It was originally meant to combine separate living bodies of organisms into one combined organism bearing the original characteristics of the organisms, and therefore create a synthetic body. After seeing Kakashi bearing the Sharingan, Hiruko uses the technique to integrate the bodies of others with his own, allowing him to obtain any kekkei genkai they possess, and absorb their chakra. When assimilating victims, he first does the Ox → Horse → Hare handseals enabling his body to exude a large mass of deep blue, viscous fluid that covers a large area. While assimilating victims, he can use the fluid to attack enemies with gelatinous, reforming (and rebounding) extensions (B-Rank). The gelatinous mass absorbs the life force of the sacrifices and uses its chakra as a fuel to "metabolize" the genetic material of the targeted body and merge it with the users body. Once the bodies have been completely absorbed, the mass receeds into the users body and the user is left with mastery over the absorbed KG.

Wood Release - Wood Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai which originated from the Senju clan in the shinobi world. It is made up of techniques that mix earth-based chakra in one hand and water-based chakra in the other to create wood as well as various plants, from simple seeds to even flowering trees. Wood and plants can be produced from any surface, including the user's own body, as the user's chakra is literally converted into a source of life. Wood Release techniques are commonly affiliated with the Snake seal.


Body Seals:

Being the Fūinjutsu prodigy that he is, Hiruko has many techniques he created himself that deals with ninja Fūin tools, pre written scrolls, and kanji stored on his body or in his jacket before battle. There are two sealing marks for Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation located on Hiruko's vambraces, one on each, which store a variety of ninja tools that he has access too. The left seal has an explosive theme and it is filled with 20 explosive snake tagged wrapped kunai and 10 explosive snake tagged fuma shuriken, 1 one each blade on both sides meaning a total of 8 tags per fuma shuriken. In the right seal there is scythes and swords sealed into them allowing him to do Kenjutsu and his Reaper Scythe Arts. Preventing the lucky shinobi that one day may defeat Hiruko from stealing his body he had the Reverse Four Symbols Seal placed on his body in order to keep his villages secretes safe from outsiders who may have captured his body.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers.
Note: Can summon up to 30 basic tools per sealing mark and can have up to 2 sealing marks.

( Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu ) - Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique

Description: This is a sealing jutsu that is placed upon the users body, setting it to activate on the users death. It seals everything within a large, nearby, spherical into the users body.

Custom Weapon & Snake Exploding Tags

Hiruko wears his custom weapon called the Power Ring on his left ring finger. As it lets him switches between Corps uniforms based on his emotion he mostly is set at Orange (Greed), Yellow (fear), Red (Rage) or Black (death) most of the time . Hiruko also uses his specially made Exploding Snake Tags instead of normal explosion paper tags. These special ones replace all normal ones for him.

(Pawāringu) Power Ring

Description: This Power Ring is worn by the user and glows different colors depending on the users emotion when activated. Green - Will, Indigo - Compassion, Red - Rage, Blue - Hope, Star Sapphire - Love, Yellow - Fear, Orange - Greed, while there is also two strong modes with Black - Death and White - Life. The user can switch between with each Corps/Emotion containing different abilities. To switch to a new emotion the ring deactivates and takes 1 turn completely to switch to a new emotion. Even though each emotion gives the user different abilities each emotion have some shared abilities.

Shared Abilities - By channeling their chakra into the ring, it glows the color it is on and can be used to create weapons like hammers, swords, kunai, and shields made up of pure chakra that stay connected to the ring by a chakra chain. Weapons created by the ring cause A rank damage. When creating a shield the shield can block up to B rank elemental jutsus (within reasonable size) and ninja tools. If the shield goes against an A rank jutsu, the shield will block it but be destroyed and will automatically loose to S rank jutsus. The ring can also release A rank blast that can stun opponents and have them stop moving for a turn. The ring can be programmed. It can be coded to the wearer so as to make them unusable if stolen. Commands can be stored in the ring to be executed at a later date, even if the bearer is not wearing the ring.

Green/Will – When the ring is set to Green Lantern mode they gain certain abilities and is powered by Willpower. By using the user's willpower and having the ring boosting it the user will be immune to B rank and below Gen and Mind Altering jutsu. At the cost of a jutsu per turn, the ring will raise the user's willpower to break out of Gen and other Mind altering jutsu of A rank and below.

Indigo/Compassion – Indigo is powered by Compassion. This emotion has a limited ability to to heal injuries from C rank jutsu and below. The healing is only to the extent of the small injuries and light injuries like surface wounds and slow bleeding. If the user knows Medical Ninjutsu, the ring can also use A rank and below Med Nin at half the cost of chakra.

Red/Rage – When set to Red Lantern Ring the ring is powered by Rage. Using their rage to empower them the user can create stronger constructs that are one rank high than all the other Emotions constructs S rank (offensively and defensively).

Blue/Hope – When set to Blue Lantern the ring is powered by Hope. As fear is the belief of imminent demise, hope is the belief of imminent success. The ring stores and can release up to a medium source of water that spreads into mid range. Once used it takes the ring 4 turns to gather water from the moisture in the air to collect enough water.

Star Sapphire/Love – When set on Star Sapphire Lantern the ring is powered by Love. The user can use the ring to trap the opponent in a genjutsu (B rank gen, up to Mid Range) where the opponent sees a bright violet light shine from the ring than has them see an irresistible person of the opposite *** of them in front of them. The genjutsu person will grab them and kiss them and mimic the kiss of death to the opponent keeping them paralyze in real life.

Yellow (Sinestro)/Fear - The Power Ring is unique in that its base of power is fear. The yellow mode can create holograms (like Haze Clone Technique) that are scary looking humanoid creatures that cause paralysis due to the user's killing intent. This killing intent follows the effects of the canon Killing Intent technique and the user's own rank. This would help distract the opponent and make him think that they are fighting against different people/beast and different KGs even tho their attacks would be intangible.

Orange/Greed – When set to Orange Lantern the ring is powered by greed. The Orange rings have the unique ability to absorb the chakra from opponents or summons by creating a construct chain and has it wrap around them. Another ability is being capable of creating chakra avatar Orange Lanterns of the beings the user kills, literally stealing their identity postmortem. This avatar is avarice corrupted version of its former self, possessing no thought pattern besides the insatiable greed. In all other circumstances they act as individual but collective soldiers to the user, as they are an extension of his power. The avatars are able to use taijutsu and up to B rank ninjutsu. They can take up to B rank jutsus. They can also create powerful blasts of concussive force that knock out opponents.

Black/Death – When the ring is set to Black Lantern the ring is powered by Death and is one of the strongest mode. The user can also create chakra copies of the ring and have them attach to opponents. Once attach the user has the chakra copies slowly send pulses of electricity into the opponent constantly. After 1 turn the opponent will just feel a weird shock. After 2 turns the opponent will start feeling numb. After 3 turns the opponent will become paralysis and unable to move. After 4 turns the opponent will become unconscious and after 5 turns the shock becomes lethally enough to kill the opponent. (The Chakra rings can be destroyed with an A rank jutsu and up)

White/Life – When set to White Lantern the ring is powered by life and is the strongest mode. The user of a white ring can generate any color of the emotional spectrum and use the powers of each color (can only use 1 of the other corps abilities once a turn and cannot use two different corps/emotions abilities in the same turn and at max can only use each corp ability at most 3 times). A white lantern can render him/her/itself invisible by willing themselves to bend light waves around his/her/its form.

Note: Have to be taught how to use the ring by Korra
Note: When creating weapons and shields it counts as a move.
Note: When using any Emotion/Corps ability it counts as a move and at most can be used 5 times a match expect for Red which can only be used 4 times a match. The Shared Abilities do not have a limit usage.
Note: If the ring comes off the user it deactivates and the user must wait 3 turns so it can charge.
Note: The user has to state in the beginning of the battle which emotion they start off with. If they don’t they have to state later in the battle what emotion they want to use and then have to wait 1 turn for it change into the emotion.
Note: The user cannot start in White or Black Lantern mode. The user has to wait 4 turns in a battle before switching into White or Black Lantern. Once in White or Black Lantern Mode the user is stuck into that mode and cannot switch into any other Emotion/Corps for the rest of the fight.

(Sunēkutagu o Bakuhatsu) - Exploding Snake Tags

Description: These are special exploding tags created by the Sage of Snakes. These tags are blue with a snake tattoo and scaly look. The user will use these instead of normal exploding tags. When these tags go off the release 10 tiny snakes (2 inches in length) that have explosive scales. The snakes will bite down and wrap around the nearest body part and than explode. The explosions each have the power of a normal explosive tag.
Note: Must post this in the user bios to be able to use them
Note: When attached to a kunai, these tags can be countered in a free form way the same as normal explosive tags. The snakes are treated the same and may be countered with sword slashes ect.
