He usually wears a gray long-coat, shirt and tie, a newsboy cap (though he commonly forgoes wearing the coat and cap). Shinji appears to have a pierced round ring in the middle of his tongue. Personality: Shinji is somewhat comical, adding a bit of levity to situations that are otherwise serious. - Genjutsu: Hirako was taught the skill of using genjutsus while he was still young by elite. He holds many strong genjutsus and he uses them sometimes in battle. He doesn't lack skill in any type of genjutsu. He uses every type of Genjutsu in battle ( Sound and Eye based mostly ).
- Rain: As his adopt family comes from Amegakure, the art of using Rain is naturally passed onto him. He is one of the strongest Rain users from his family for generations.
- Taijutsu: Whistl being ex member of Leaf Anbu Hirako has been taught on using extremely strong taijutsus by Zenryoku-Sama and he is capable of challenging Ninjutsu user with nothing but bare hands.
- Kenjutsu: Another skill required in Anbu of the Leaf. Hirako was taught in advanced Kenjutsu too by expert - Akiza the Blackrose Uchiha and he has developed few own style skills for it like weapon fighting with feet. He also has been taught by Leon Sykes during his time not bount to village in Infinite swordsman style.
- Handseals: Hirako has been taught ever since he made to Chuunin how to perform fast handseals for ninjutsu and techniques to counter opponent's attacks. Being from Haku's clan also gives him the ability to use one handed handseals.
- Chakra control: Hirako is good at chakra controlling like many difficult techniques require.

Description: Kazemaru is a special ring that user carries with him. The weapon's origins are unknown but the known thing is that the ring's forged in country of birds from unknown wind chakra metal. The ring's indestructible and once wind chakra is guided with in it it'll take form of floating ring ( this allows it to work without distrupting handseal speed ) that has blade attached to it. The ring itself is golden but once activated the blade part is made from silver and has 5 holes on it. If user spins this ring in its activated form very fast while guiding wind chakra the user is capable of blocking any A - Ranked lightning attack once per battle. Even though there's wind chakra guided the ring it can be ignited but that wont affect to user since the weapon is floating in air. It can twice per battle send two wind shurikens at opponent which are made from pure chakra. Each one of them counts for one demon windmill shuriken
- Costs - 10 chakra per turn
- It's indestructible
- It's golden from the ring part and silver on blade part
- It can be reverted back into ring anytime
- It doesn't have handle and floats around user's hand once it's activated by infusing wind chakra into it
- Only Teh-Tobz is able of wielding it and it cannot be wielded by anyone else.
- Boosts user's wind attacks by + 10 and user's raiton goes - 10.
- If the wind surrounding the blade is ignited by an S ranked fire technique or an elemental combination, the heat will burn the user's hands since they are in such close proximity.

Description: User will start gathering and focus own chakra into hands, creating Lance of Thunder and Lightning which has unbelievable powers and the ability to cause numbing and paralyzing into the places it hits. The user can also throw this lance creating shockwave that covers three meter radius and paralyzes anything inside that area. The lance will stay with the user until the 5 turns are over.
Note:
- No lightning for 6 turns
- Once thrown, it reforms in the user's hand next turn
- Stays with user for 5 Turns -
- Can only be created once per battle
- It numbs the user's fingers, slowing down handseal speed
- It costs - 20 chakra per turn.
Hirako is really clan member of Haku's clan and he was abandoned to Amegakure and adopted later. Hirako's adopt family was taken to Konohagakure during the 3rd great ninja war. Their family was kept under surveilance for few years before the head of hidden leaf finally decided to acknowledge them as equal citizens of Konohagakure. Hirako was born 10 years before the Uchiha clan massacre into wealth family. He started ninja academy with two of his best friends, Benazz Uchiha, Minna Hyuuga and Ingwer Hatake at the age of 6. Their sensei was Zenryoku-Sama during that time. At the age 9 Hirako was made into Chuunin and he became known all around the Hidden Leaf Village as the boy from Amegakure even though he had never been there before he was made into Anbu. Hirako was made into Anbu at the age of 17 with Hyuuga Bob and Ingwer Hatake as his comrades. The team was known as most reliable Anbu team from whole leaf. The friends completed multiple missions before Hirako started to feel jealous and loathing towards his comrades and their Byakugan. During their last mission before the team scattered the team was ordered to investigate Amegakure's military forces from the order of Danzo, head of Anbu black ops. Team safely arrived to Amegakure and when they started to investigate around the leader of Amegakure ordered the ninjas of Amegakure to end their research and they got in battle. During that battle the number of ninjas was huge against the team and results of the fight were that Ingwer Hatake was blinded as Bob Hyuuga died in battle. Before Bob dying or Ingwer losing his vision Hirako ordered Ingwer and Bob to run as he would try to hold enemy ninjas. As Ingwer and Bob left to report Danzo about this Some Shinobis attacked against them and one used powder against Ingwer that took his vision as other used Kinjutsu on Bob. Hirako got mad from this and managed to escape along with his wounded comrades outside of Amegakure. As they got out Bob Hyuuga was fatally injured and Hirako had to prepare grave for him with Ingwer. After that Hirako left with Ingwer without ever coming back to Konohagakure and the Anbu trio is counted as dead heroes on their village. The Grave of Bob can still be fount in outskirts of Amegakure. Rest of his life Hirako travelled with Ingwer all around ninja world as rogue ninjas.
