yeah true that, but i mean u see kakashi raikiri-ing stuff, same as sasuke using chidori
and there 4 rasengan users too (4th being that weird chick in the filler, to an extent, she used the rasengan)

but still my debate is other people CAN use it despite other peoples feelings toward the originality of it.... and most likely naruto will probably learn it maybe in another 100 chapters or something

The namikaze kekke genkai was NOT body flicker!!
Shisui Uchiha of the UCHIHA was called "Shisui of the Body Flicker" because he mastered that jutsu!
Body flicker is the generic thing where a ninja appears out of nowhere behind an opponent!
