Why would he become a pseudo jinchuriki if he had Bee's chakra. Kakashi didn't become a jinchuriki after receiving Kyubi's chakra, yet he used Kyubi's chakra for his kamui. I think we already had the discussion

2- It still needs contact to absorb the body chakra, while in this thread i'm mainly talking about a situation where Gakido would absorb a technique like rasengan

I don't see the difference between it and Preta path... Also Preta path can suck Ninja dry aswell just like God tree with physical contact Sm Naruto is a prime example...

Well it says what his chakra is touching... As in minato has to have a link all the way from his body to that person via chakra for it to work.. If chakra is dispersed into someone else then there is no actual chakral ink from that person to minato...

the chakra doesnt have to have a physical connection with minato for this to work
