The blocking seal absorbs chakra and it(the absorbed chakra) disperces inside the body of the technique user. So in Minato's case for example, his chakra would be disperced inside a Gakido user

We do not know if the Animal Path has to physical touch the target or Jutsu to absorb the chakra. Remember, Hiraishin Kunai's is thrown on the battlefield. You would say that the Animal Path would have to touch all the Hiraishin Kunia's to render its ability of teleportation effective.

1- God tree's sucking ability that sucks your entire chakra in an instant(killing even fodders having Kyubi's chakra) isn't Gakido that took a while to absorb Jiraya's goemon technique. And eventhen, it's not only for that reason he couldn't teleport. He did say that there was also the fact he teleported entire shinobi alliance an instant before

2- It still needs contact to absorb the body chakra, while in this thread i'm mainly talking about a situation where Gakido would absorb a technique like rasengan
