Personally, I just think Tobirama got a good slash on Izuna with his sword. Just because Tobirama shouted out something doesn't mean it was necessarily a S/T jutsu...or even a jutsu at all, for that matter. You all know how manga/anime characters have the tendency to name every swing of their sword as a different kind of technique. At least, a lot of the time they do.
Just my thoughts. =]
No not really, they don´t just swing their sword around and make up some kind of name for their swinging. If they do have a name for a move it is because it actually does something other than cutting whatever it touches( in the case of swords in anime/manga).Typical examples are increasing speed of the blade to increase cutting power, producing shockwaves after hitting the ground, swinging the sword to cut through the air producing wind blades, igniting the sword, ice spike blades, etc etc.
It would look really stupid if a character just swung his sword and yelled some crazy name that did nothing but stab or slash someone. What Tobirama did was definitely a technique, whether it was S/T tech(very very likely) or just some other thing that increased his speed we don´t really know for sure yet, but it wasn´t a regular swing of a sword.
