Perfect Susanoo has nothing on the Bijuu Mode avatar, since it is outclassed in every category:

Firepower: Susanoo's best offense feat is cutting mountain tops, and Bijuudama already trumps it since it completely erases mountains out of existance. Not to mention Renzoku Bijuudama, Super Bijuudama and the Sage Mode boost.

Speed: BM was so fast that it managed to hit Madara's Susanoo before he could even do anything (even with the superb SM sensing), he catched Chomei in mid air and fought several Bijuus in close combat. Madara's PS doesn't even have speed feats on his own.

Durability: Madara's PS can tank a Bijuudama, but it got effortlessly destroyed by Chojo Kebutsu, even when the latter was weakened due to a good chunk of his fists being destroyed before hitting Susanoo. Bijuu avatar survived the Juubi's Bijuudama, an extremely concentrated attack that plowed through 9 Bijuudamas and several mountain ranges. Naruto survived to Juubito's body slam, an attack that put a deep hole between the Shinju roots. The mere strenght of a gudoudama arm was so high that it catched the BM avatar like a puppy, even when the latter was able to restrain 5 bijuus with a tail for each.

Versatility: While Madara's PS can't be exploited to use Madara's own techs or shape manipulated, Naruto can create Rasengans on his tails, enlarge his limbs and partly manifesting his avatar, while retaining its capabilities.

It's no contest, honestly. Anyone who is not blinded by bias can come to such logical conclusion.

Full Kurama isn't even superior to the standard BM avatar, due to it being controlled by Madara, so it isn't able to use Super Bijuudamas and his standard one are on the levels of the lower Bijuus. He still retains his durability and physical attributes, but they are nothing in front of the avatar's own. The Sage Mode buff only enlarges the gap between them.

I will not even adress the anti bijuu nonsense and the defeating a inferior duo, ugh.
