Why was he able to do this? more chakra for the jutsu. As shown when Hinata had a powerful Palm attack? Why was she able to do this? More chakra for the jutsu. As shown when Ino was able to control obito better with her Mind transfer. Why was she able to do this? more chakra for the jutsu.

Show me a single instance where it was said or explictly shown that a characters speed or reflexes increased. Lol
