Neji is way more skilled than Hinata even when he is in the lower clan.. He is the best of the Hyuuga. Even Hiashi said that.. (Neji's dad twin brother, uncle or dad from Hinata?)

During the Filler eps. Hinata was able to strike tiny insects without missing any. Neji was able to count birds but always missed one. I give a point to Hinata in this regard because this shows she has better accuracy with her Byakugan. As far as Neji being the only one to release chakra constantly from his body I disagree. Naruto releases ninetails chakra from his body and it clearly completely envelopes him. ANd that Move Neji uses to spin around and deflect things is used by his uncle during the Chunnin exams when the Sand attack Konoha.

All this said I do believe people forgot about how fresh Neji is. If he didnt have that cursed mark then he would be a lethal ninja

I'm far too old to whine. Old enough to drink wine, yes but I don't whine. Those bees were far more smaller than Neji's spiders. Neji maybe the only one who figured out how to emmit chakra by himself but he is not the only one who can do it as you stated. Further more Eight Trigrams palm heavenly spin is only a defensive attack because the chakra isn't dense enough like the Kyubi's chakra to use offensively. Hinata's Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms can be used for both offense and defense. Because it is a combination of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin and the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms.
During the Heavenly spin that Neji uses he simply spins around while emmiting a constant flow of chakra. Hinata's Protection of the 8 trigrams sixty four palms is all her speed and flexibility. She is emmiting chakra from just her hands forming sharp chakra blades and moving her arms fast enough to cover all around her similar to the move Neji uses but better because it is offensive and defensive simultaneously. SHe is also able to widen her chakra blades to cover a wider area if she needs. She developed this attack all by herself and on top of that she is the only one who can use it as far as the evidence shows.

Neji's feild of vision is greater than most if not all of the Hyuga clan though as far as we know. He is stronger than Hinata as of current hence Hinata becomming a Chunnin and Neji becomming a Jounin.

i agree neji is better the only reason anruto won was because of the fox and he faster than hinata, she didnt even kno her chakra points were hit until he showed her,even she was surprised lol could he beat her again yea i think so.

I think hinata more defence and neji more attack but hinata will learn the true abilities of byakyugan cause she in head family wont she cause i thought that if you were in the other family you were shut out of most of the stuff. i dunno tho
