Nope..
Me and Hinata did experiment on each other..
We hit the veins and vessels around our eyes so more chakra could flow into them..
Now we can have a constan state of byakugan without using chakra.. Abd we have Advanced byakugan wich i havent found a name for yet ^^

well now hinata can see pretty good. remember in the manga, she could see all the way over to where sasuke and itachi were fighting and see his amaterasu, so her eyes have gotten pretty powerful. and shes getting stronger faster than neji so in time she'll surpass him

And Neji is way better in the Hyuuga than Hinata..
HE/I invented the Kaiten by ourself..
And we can let chakra leak out of our body..
And noone else can do that..
Even if you are jounin you can release a bit out of your hands and feet.
Neji is the genius of Hyuuga.. And noone else is Hyuuga is better than Neji..

uhhh neji kuns byakugan is better than hinata chans.

for example. She needs hand signs for her byakugan and neji doesnt.

they both have thier moves. The can both use joukenhou (gentle fist)

Hinata cant use kaiten or leak charkra out of her body. shes got some training to do.

they can both use the techniques of the 8 trigrams.

NEJI - joukenhou hakke rokujuu yonshou (8 trigrams 64 palms)
HINATA - shougohakke rokujuu yonshou (Protection of the 8 trigrams 64 palms)

But they will both get stronger as they progress but as for whos better i would definatly have to say neji because he doesnt let his emotions bring in down in battle as hinata chans emotions affect her battles.

idk i guess neji is pretty strong, but like lee said, a failure will surpass a genius with hard work. i agree. but i know once hinata becomes and adult even if she's not as strong as neji, she'll be a kick ass kunoichi
