Well, Hinata (and other kunoichi) needed character development and attention from Kishi, and that's why she admitted her love for Naruto, but I don't think it's the right time in the story to work on that. ><; Although I hope it happens! Plus, we don't know if Naruto still likes Sakura and all.

tbh i dont think kishi even knows what hes going to do about that hinata/naruto thing, thats why hes just keeping on the chapters without hinata, aand then he will go to raikge, and we won hear anything from hinata in a while, not until he figures out an arc for her:tenten::sakura:

yeah i think so too but it would be weird if they never saw each other at all naruto never even thought of hinata even once when he came back

Lol Kishi is being careful with this. Either way he goes he'll have angry fans of the opposite pairing threatening to burn his house down lol. That's probobly why he hasn't done anything yet. But Naruto isn't a romance manga. I wouldn't be surprised if Naruto dies lol.
