well of course its unbalanced. tenten can just keep her distance and shoot raiton at her with bashoshen, or snipe her with the kunai rain she used to take out several zetsu at once by herself. tenten has perfect aim and incredible battle smarts. plus that explosive ball thing she used on kisame's clone.

people saying hinata can win this are idiots. all she can do is mostly close range and a bit of mid range. tenten is the long range specialist to support lee and neji. plus she has immense chakra. she didnt immediatley die after using the fan once.

TenTen wins. Tenten has lots of weapons hidden away in scrolls and Hinata is not fast enough to dodge them. Also she could just use the banana fan to add lots of different elements to her attacks.
