no no....I really think that since she has her eyes...and she might make a good plan to put down Temari....but I never said it would be easy....because the wind of temari still is strong but the chakra control of hinata is stronger and lasts more

Temari for sure, her wind attacks were lethal when she was just a youngin and she could fly on her fan. She one of the few badass chicks in Naruto.

Temari, easily. She's way to badass for Hinata. Hinata's no where near her level and NEVER WILL BE!

But all bias aside, Temari should take this match with relative ease as long as she keeps her distance. Hinata won't be able to withstand her powerful wind attacks. Also, Temari's too fast for Hinata and if Hinata tries to get close to use gentle fist, Temari would just dodge it. It seems as if for gentle fist to work properly, the opponent woud have to stand perfectly still which Temari won't do. Temari's smarter and more aggresive in battle than Hinata so she would outsmart and overpower her. Just because Hinata has a kekkei genkai doesn't make her the stronger one.
