Is Byakogou seal alive like Kurama? Can it give chakra whenever Sakura wants it? NO! Sakura has to activate it with chakra, and she won't have any when Hinata finishes with her. And even if she did activate the seal, Hinata can stop that chakra flow too.

For the record, I think you suggested it, but there is no way Gentle Fist will dissrupt the chakra of the seal when Sakura's Byakugou it's not active.
The Kyuubi's power is sealed too, and after Naruto received 64 palms it didn't get disrupted by it.
So the chakra inside seals are safe from Juuken, and all their effects.
Sakura will be able to release Byakugou chakra anytime she wants...

Hinata doesn't have the skill to actually hit Sakura. She is slower, it's not a analytic type Kunoichi like Sakura, and lack of a one-hit-KO technique...With summons it's an overkill...

You agreed Byakugou can undo the effect of Juuken, and then tried to state that once she released the seal itwould become vulnerable to it, like Kidoumaru did, and that is correct as long as Sakura doesn't close the seal before she gets hit. Instead of activating Byakugou permanently, It would be safer to use Creation Rebirth which consists in healing every wound in the users body and save the rest for later by closing the seal's flow of chakra.
You also said that Sakura would win until we know what Twin Lion Fist does and when It's canonically confirmed she has Rotation.
But, whatever... most of the people said Sakura wins, so...

LOL Neji didn't have Byakugan acticated and just stood there. Plus this was practice... you honestly can't believe she'd hit Neji for real. Lol
Granted, Hinatas manga feats are pretty restriced, but shes still solid Chuunin level kunoichi, with room to improve. Shes one of the most boring characters in manga for me, but I dont think that any character deserves to be understaminated.

You've got to be kidding, Hinata has no feats. IC Hinata tripped on a pebble, IC Sakura wrecks. Sakura is faster, smarter, and stronger than her. Sakura shitstomps and only a hater or a fanboy would even try to debate.
Until you give a compelling argument, which you won't for this match up, sit down. Sakura shits neg diff.
