Not really, she had Katsuyu and Tsunade there, plus Sakura has good chakra control, allowing for her to maintain her lowchakra levels for a long time

Katsuyu is directly linked to Sakura's Byakugou power ( aka chakra levels ). She can't heal without a Byakugou user's chakra. Tsunade wasn't there when she first summoned the slug to heal the alliance.

Rotation itself is a tech that uses a lot of chakra. Plus we saw Neji use up a ton of chakra in his fight with Kidomaru. They also have good chakra control, so stamina shouldn't be an issue. Plus, since they're descendants of Kaguya, they'd obviously have at least above average chakra levels.

still, I don't think it's necessarily that sakura has high chakra levels, but her CC allows for her to maintain the little chakra she has for a long time ... That's what the point of CC is anyways, to keep as much chakra as possible and not waste it
