I'm pretty sure Sakura witnessed it when Hinata repelled the spike. If Sakura gets blasted back, Hinata does not have the speed feats that would allow her to follow up before Sakura recovers; Arms are regenerated. Moot point.

Ur right about the lack of speed feats but she can surely build chakra in her feet for a super dash , i mean she did master twin lions which requires the utmost perfect balance of manipulation to maintain , wats focusing a lil chakra in the feet for a dash? she is bloodlusted and has proven very agile in the last and its understandable that a character in her field of combat (CQC) based would have average dash speed or a little over with chakra usage.

Give hinata time to chakra dash with surging shot and B , where is this fanfic u speak of? .. she has extreme strikin speed to go with extreme chakra control , to top it off she is a strict CQC combatant , her agility and CQC advances/movement is expected to be over average with fight style and chakra control.
If she catches sakura with a twin lion surging shot combo its over for sakura.

Sakura wont see air palm coming as she did the acid or chakra arm which came from a distance , hinata deflected the juubi spike when it was in point blank range to naruto so she can snipe sakura with a thrust fast enough to create a shockwave flipin her backwards the same way it did the high velocity spike and since its aimed at the head if she blocks as u claim then her upper body will be bent backwards with enough force to completly unbalance her , which leaves zero oppenings for her to bite her fingers and summon katsuyu.

Tho i agree that if the sluged is summoned its over for hinata. Lol

But that clearly gives sakura the advantage to summon the slug nd avoid combat Lol if we go by standard naruto battles fights like these normally starts at spiting distance.

Also i think of bloodlust as u wanting to rip ur enemy apart in a bloodbath, pummeling the enemy in a burst of rage not summon a giant slug to fight ur battle Lol but i guess it can be interpreted differently.

Look at them in these gifs, they're right in the center of the moon, about a body's distance away from each other, before they start gliding towards one another.

Not only are they still in the same location for around 30 seconds at max in the movie, but it's clear they're not falling and are instead in-place due to Hinata's hair gently flowing in the breeze, as opposed to what would happen to her hair if they were descending. Look at the snow falling downwards, and yet they're still in place, for multiple seconds in a row with absolutely nothing showing or indicating or hinting at them falling or descending .

What kind of indication do you have for me to believe they were 'falling very slowly' ? Why are they falling very slowly to begin with? Why should I believe this when everything I pointed out goes against it and that we know they're back on earth. Please explain.

They were falling down slowly for effect. Obviously if it was the kissing scene they wouldn't be falling down full speed. I don't know what's in your head making you think that she now has the ability to fly. If you're going to theorize such things, please have some, at least, good evidence.

Hinata didn't get anything new at The Last..... is the same situation as Chapter 699.

(She got a skill that looks the same with a different name, but the power cannot be compared to the previous one because she never got to hit anything with the one she used in the manga).

• Sakura is faster, smarter, has more Stamina and more chakra than the Hyuuga.
• She has a one-hit-kill move that can be used directly, as a distraction, and a way to prevent upcoming attacks by using it to the ground.
• Souzo Saisei and Byakugou provide her a way to counter Gentle fist, the Lion thingy and Air Palm...(pretty much all Hinata's arsenal).
• A great summon and other powerful accessories such us sleep gas bombs and poisoned kunais, which are unnecessary here.

I'm not going to discuss my interpretation of bloodlust.

Though I will say 25-30m is a fair starting distance in most match ups. Maybe not for this one, but this is my go-to distance when none is given.
