Do you honestly believe she can pinpoint a single chakra point, when he is traveling at that rate of speed?

Also, if he releases the chakra flow, that would mean his chakra point would be completely open, meaning she possibly couldn't close them again.

When lee walks into battle he doesn't immediately open his gates, so it wouldn't take much for her to close his chakra points, before the gates are released

Rock Lee in 3rd gate could woop Hinata. He is better at Taijutsu and faster (while using gates) then Pain and Hinata couldn't even hit Pain, how could she hit Lee?

Even if she somehow manages to block off Lees chakra, he can take his weights off and then kick her ass some more.

His chakra points CAN be shut down. also. it does not matter how fast hes in. did u not see the neji vs spiderman. they have 360 vision if it comes to that. not only will he wont be able to touch her. but if he comes in her zone hes DONE

Lee can then take off his weights on his legs then and move at super high speed like in the chunnin exams. Plus it has been 3 years and Lee is even stronger so he would go even faster.

How would Hinata hit him at that speed? She couldn't.
