The only reason Neji was unable to attack kidomaru was because kidomaru was out of Neji's field of vision. In other words, Kido was attacking Neji from 50m away, where he would be unable to see him. Part1 Hinata had a radius of 1 km while part 2 has a radius of 10km. Hinata will be able to find where kidomaru is, unlike part1 Neji, and **** his shit up.
