They never had his power though only half until they actually met him and recieve Rikudou chakra. Hinata met hamura and her chakra blossomed, So i guess you could say she recieved a powerup.

If you actually seen the movie you'll notice her chakra was definitely more powerful/potent after their meeting. She did indeed gain power.
