If we're going with what you're saying in the OP, I don't see how Sakura is winning this. The second Hinata even lands a hit on her (which is inevitable given the Byakugan's insight), the effects of Hinata's attack will take place. Consecutive hits will end this.

The chakra absorption effect can be countered with more chakra, and Sakura has plenty of it in her Seal.
In the same freaking day she used summoning jutsu, performed remote healing on an entire army, protected the alliance from the chakra draining skill of the God Tree, used chakra enhanced strength to destroy most of the juubi's divisions, activated regeneration (strength of a hundred), share a big load of her chakra to Obito in order to save Sasuke (the check at least 4 dimensions if I remember It right), performed medical ninjutsu on Sasuke and Naruto, and the seal didn't even got smaller... she has way too much chakra there...

The internal damage is countered by Byakugou, of course... Hinata's new skill doesn't change anything... The heroine remains as the top Kunoich of K11...

PD: This can apply only if Hinata gets to hit Sakura, which is unlikely considering Sakura is still faster and smarter than her....

Naruto countered it by refilling his network with Kyuubi's chakra right after receiving the 64 palms from Neji, Sakura could refill her chakra flow with Byakugou's chakra and the result would be the same... assuming she ever gets hit by Hinata, a slower and less smart opponent with less stamina (Databook 3).
