No I accepted Hinata improved I just didn't believe the fanfiction of equality with Neji or Hanabi. Practise does make you better I have no doubt in that. This doesn't mean Hanabi or Neji haven't improved either.

even complete hers?

Hanabi got captured by toneri's puppet while Hinata comfortably fought off a few till Toneri intervened. Hanabi sure didn't use 64 palms or the rotation to blow away the puppet. That's the most recent comparison I can think of between their skills and Hinata sure did improve a lot.

Neji's best speed feat was covering 50 m while having two holes in his chest. Hinata's is a large crater within a few seconds. So it's close, even if it's not above.
