Lol she can't though, it's kind of part of her character design to not be able to use such an advanced technique (among the Hyuga) despite being the heir. She's not a genius ninja just like Naruto but she works hard to become stronger and better acknowledged.

I think she has some alternative to Rotation but it might just be anime filler..

If she can work the mechanics (or did work out the mechanics) without having him as an inspiration it would certainly boost her development.
