OT: If kishi can give asspull powerups to sakura then i don't y he cant do it for hinata. She pulled twin loin fists out her ass, and 64 palms out her ass. Rotation is just next on the list.

It's the 'power-up' she lacked in the manga, I suppose. In some ways it's superior to Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven (aka Rotation).
It highlights that Hinata isn't incapable as a shinobi, just that her style and natural talent isn't as well suited to the traditional Gentle Fist that Haishi/Neji practice.
