Also it can´t be based on anything manga related ,Sakura and Hinata never show any sign of rivalry its quite the opposite they always helped each other.

Hinata is as strong as she was shown to be. If you want your character to have feats, the character has to actually display them. Other than that, it is just fanfic and speculation.

As far as canon facts go, Sakura is above Hinata, therefore, a rivalry can't exist.

Yes, teen hinata not adult version, hinatas greatest feat is not being killed when she went after nardo and tbqh thats a pretty good feat, it atleast means she didnt die from an otsutsuki move, until we see more of hinata or sakura displays an immense feat that theres no possible way of hinata besting then its safe to say who is on top, if hinata recieved no power up in the time skip i would agree but she does now possess hamuras chakra

I wouldn't even argue with them, Sakura is clearly the better shinobi. She succeeded Tsunade, who was actually dubbed the strongest and most beautiful kunochi in the world. I don't understand why people are so hell bent on denying that but it's really none of my business.

She used it 2 times . First time she together with Naruto destroyed Tenseigan vessel and second time she prevented Toneri chakra absorbation on Naruto. Both of those feats is something Sakura only can dream of doing.
