Problem is Hinata is NOT Neji. She couldn't even perform 64 trigrams until the end of the manga. Sakura VS Neji is an obvious win to Neji. His Taijutsu is far above Sakura's and he has the varying Juuken techs to counter everything Sakura has.

Hinata is another story. This Hamura Chakra thing, aside giving it to Naruto what else has HINATA done with it? All I keep seeing is She has Hamura Chakra so because Neji or Kaguya performed a feat and her Twin Lion Fist turned purple she is somehow as strong as Naruto or Sasuke?

Sorry I just can't understand that logic. Maybe Ikemoto/kishimoto will do something with her in the Boruto manga to actually make these baseless claims true but until then it's all speculation aka fanfic.

First, i have never used the 'Hamura chakra' statement. Though i like Hinata/Naruhina, i actually disliked that movie and remember next to nothing about it.

Second, its true Hinata is not Neji but i figured its a battle of technique in taijutsu and Hinata is superior. Sakura attacking Hinata in her base form is risky because she's inferior and if she gets hit once, she's done for. Yes byakugou but she would flinch in pain first and wouldn't she have to release first to heal injuries plus what will Hinata be doing in that time frame?

If she comes at her in yin seal form, she's still inferior in h2h so what happens if she gets her points closed? Hinata is in no way stronger than Sakura but her technique is basically a hard counter for what Sakura uses right?

And the gentle fist doesn't contend strength with strength. In fact you can see how Neji and Hinata avoid each others palms in part 1.

Implying that's a bad thing when that tech is hella hard to pull off. Mukai, who roflstomped Anbu Itachi and Prime Shisui tag teaming him in taijutsu, was only good enough to pull of 16 Palms.

Hinata used her that Chakra to reheal Naruto allowing him to reeneter 100% KCM right after having so much of his Chakra drained that he fell on his knees, a worse case than this, where at least Naruto was still able to stand. so yes, Hinata's chakra saw a massive leap in quantity.

So that means the amount of Chakra is close to 100% KCM, which is at the very least above the Bijuu Cloak she got in the war, meaning she is easily replicating that Air Palm feat, since more Chakra means more power and speed.

Also remember that Rikudo Chakra is more potent than Bijuu Chakra. So both in amount and quality, the Chakra Hinata got is better than the Bijuu Cloak she got.

And she used it to fly at the end of the movie.

In a battle of strength, Sakura wins, in a battle of finesse and technique, hinata wins, intellegence goes to Sakura, ninjutsu usage goes to hinata(debatable, Saku just uses byakugo and ces as far as jutsus go) put both of these choke artists in a fight and we'd all be pretty bored
