Don't look to filler for feats. Although Kishi did create Mecha Naruto and Shisui's Susanno for a game. So who know what's canon and what's not.

Easy question:
Everything explicitly done by Kishi or with his direct input (or editing), AND which doesn't contradict the manga (unless it's clearly Kishi's intention, like the BS that BZ did, lol) - is CANON.
Everything else is FILLER.
Thus, even though the current episodes probably don't contradict the manga, yet they aren't done by Kishi - FILLER.
Mecha Naruto, even though done by Kishi, has no place in the mangaverse - FILLER.
RtN, despite being edited by Kishi, same as above - FILLER.
The Last is both edited by Kishi AND takes place outside of mangaverse's period of time - CANON.
(On a side note: Funny, but THESE bullies are actually CANON as well, lol. Yay for Kishi adopting some FILLERS into CANON.)
