No, I'm saying that some stuff can have LIMITING features.
Like, if you've ever played RPG games (I'm thinking of HOMM3 now) - there are cases when you need a SPECIFIC character (or item) to pass a quest.
Any OTHER ones won't help you, even though they might be STRONGER or BETTER - but they're NOT what you NEED.
Thus, Hinata having Hamura's BLOOD, was exactly what was NEEDED to destroy the Tenseigan - and even SSJ4 Goku might NOT be able to break it (unless he broke the MOON itself, lol).
Sure, they could've used Hiashi as well (or Hanabi, though she was incapacitated) - but that's already a plot point, and a small one at that.
But neither Naruto nor Sasuke or Sakura would be able to do it - Power Levels notwithstanding.
It wasn't Hinata's STRENGTH that broke it - it was her BLOOD (CHAKRA type).
