Lol sasuke would beat fodderneri by himself, rinnegan and tenseigan are roghly on par if you add Naruto then toneri gets negged godly, but if they made sasuke fight toneri the movie would've been MUCH shorter. Of course she's useful. Supposedly she's on Sasuke's level when it comes to compatibility and opposite elements revolving around Naruto.
