Description: the user creates 3 orbs identical to electric outburst so it is easily mistaken but these orbs act differently, they are thrown to surround the enemy and instead of blinding them they shock them numb making them paralyzed for 30 whole minutes also damaging them because of the electrical shock and because of the rank the shock is powerful enough making it fatal or even leaving the victim to faint.

ok now while molding them keep in my mind that u also nid to preserve/maintain the level of chakra needed it must be right ,not too less or too much or else it will explode

* i focus more and keep the nearly moulded orbs stable by keeping the chakra used for them at a steady rate of flow inside the orbs.
I notice that they orbs have started to crackle and send small sparks out so i take this as a sign that i have almost completed moulding, a minute later the lightning chakra are in the shape of perfect spheres*
