Hikumi was the 3rd smartest in the academy he needed to take the exams he was thinking that he'll fail,but his friends were saying hr could and he did then all the academy people were celebrating he was late for home everything was dark and ran home the when he opened the door he saw a men jumping out of the window then he saw his mom and dad on the floor he was gonna go aftar hem,but his father said don't go after hem it will just be a waste here he said take my sword ir was made in the land of fire please take care of your self.

Background Info.
History:
Hikumi and his family were on a vacation before the clan was extinct.Then his family headed to Leaf they got what happen so they stay and let hikumi join the academy.

Chunnin exams arc.

On the Chunnin exams he almost got killed,but the good thing was that he made it his squad collected the scrolls and then he need to fight against these strong guy it was really a hard challenge and the good thing was that he was the guy's son who killed his parents he haded the same face as hem and swear that he will win this fight and he did and his team were glad.Then it was the final exam and he was ready for it fought to some one even stronger than the other guy and he was up to it he start to run at hem,but jumped and was trying to a new move that his sensei thought hem it was chidori!!!!Every one was amazed that he was these strong he haded his sharingan one tomeo activated then he ran to were he was and got hem everyone was happy for hem.

Fire Nation arc.

Hikumi is bigger he went to the fire nation to see his mom and dad that were buried there then there was a problem some guys were destroying the fire nation the people couldn't do anything then he steeped on to the battle they were strong,but not too strong for hikumi he defeated them he became a hero for the people then some more guys came and they wanted to fight more and he gave them what they wanted then the boss came he was way stronger it was a challenge then he took out his father's sword and the men said I remember that sword it was from the family I killed ohh now I know you were there son weren't you Hikumi got mad and unleashed his chakra and killed him with the sword.Then he headed back to the village.

Did you ever had any training in Sharingan? If not remove the 1 tomoe thing as you need to be trained in that.

And what's up with your history? That don't know English perfectly I can understand, but at least making something that is cohesive.

You're not following the Naruto plot =/ all the ones who made it to the final round have been stated in the manga. So the furthest you coul possible have been was the Forrest of Death, so remove all the above as it contradicts the Naruto plot. You never made it to the prelimbs after the Forrest of Death and you certainly didn't make it to the final rounds. WTH chidori? So you just learn Chidori out of the blue while, at that point, the only one who knew it was Kakashi :| and I already said remove the tomoe part.
