Highest win ratio is Sasuke.
Highest loss ratio is Naruto or Hinata (I'm not sure if she's won a fight).

Highest win ratio goes to Sarada and Itachi. Both have never lost a battle and remain undefeated. Sarada =greatest of new gen. Heir to the sharingan.1 tomoe surpasses all other dojutsu. Then it's madara because he negged your fav (everyone's fav)

Sasuke's 15 wins over Naruto alone give him teh most wins by default. Never mind everyone else he defeated.

Guess this is why Hyuga and Uzumaki fans want her to be part of their fav clan so bad. Well, I don't judge them, I would want that too because Uchiha solos.

The Vote 1 fight it was Sasuke vs Kyuubi Naruto. Sasuke was fighting in base all the time while Naruto went into rage mode and later 1 tail and Sasuke still fought him without Curse seal . and only Sharingan.
